When you first log in, you’ll be presented with a list of words which describes what you are currently thinking. For example, if you are thinking about the upcoming vacation, you’ll see the word “vacation” and the word “vacation” in the list which describes what you are thinking about. This is called self-awareness.

Most people take this to mean that they can control themselves. But in reality, they can’t. They can’t control what they think and how they think, and so they are forced to express it.

However, there are some ways to control what you think. For example, you can control your emotions, or the way you respond to people. For example, you can control your thoughts and feelings by taking an active part in what you are thinking about. So my dad and I have this little thing called a “friend group.” We meet at our house to hang out and have a good time. I get the best of the two of them, though, because she always gets me into trouble. She is the oldest of the three women: she is kind of awkward and a little bit shy, and the youngest is kind of a tomboy.
