This is a good point, and we don’t believe that you should necessarily look to acquire it to the exclusion of developing it. Developing it comes from the inside, and it’s important to develop it because it’s a strong indicator that you’re a good fit for the job.

Although it’s not the most important skill of a person, what distinguishes a good leader from a bad one is their own distinctive competence, or something similar. I think that its important to develop it because it tells a lot of your personal qualities because your personality will shape your ability to lead.

Developing distinctive competence is a skill that is definitely worthy of training. Its the key to being a successful leader because it tells you about your ability to listen, think, and act in a way that others would recognize as being good leadership. Its also an important skill to develop because it is the difference between a “good” person and a “bad” person. The bad ones are the ones that don’t possess it.

It’s important to have unique and distinctive competence because it tells us about our personal characteristics. By doing this, we can identify what we are looking for in a leader and build our leadership skills to match our personal aptitudes.
